Hey there! We’re Logan and Madison Solomon and we would like to formally introduce ourselves as the proud owners of Heartland Egg Co, formerly Ben Roberts Heritage Poultry and Eggs. We took over this business in February 2026 and have been pouring our hearts and souls in since!
Logan has been deeply involved in the “egg business” for nearly 10 years in several capacities. Over the years, he has developed amazing relationships which have aided in ever-growing knowledge and a passion for providing local, pastured eggs. His wife, Madison, has been by his side since the beginning of this journey. While watching and learning from the sidelines for years, she ended up working next to him which only helped widen their mindset.
Together, we made the decision to use our combined knowledge and dedication to take on a business of our own! We have since made several mindful and effective changes with the hope to continue producing the best Heartland Eggs possible for you. Our goal is to provide nutritious and beautiful eggs to our customers, near and far. While our roots are in Fortuna, MO - you can find us in several other states!
